Year 4 - Introduction to Research in Food Science and Technology

This is a research-oriented Honours year, in which students undertake a project in any of the areas of specialisation within the Department, including chemistry, microbiology, processing, engineering, nutrition, postharvest technology or sensory assessment. Cross-disciplinary projects are possible.
