BSc Advanced Science (Life Sciences) - Study Plan in Food Science and Technology)Year 2 - Consolidation YearStudents complete their foundation by studying (advanced) biochemistry, organic chemistry and microbiology, a further series of advanced seminars, and the remainder of the General Education subjects. Students then select other science subjects, dependent on their orientation toward core food science, nutrition or additional basic science.
