BSc Advanced Science (Life Sciences) - Study Plan in Food Science and Technology)

Year 1 - Foundation Year

In the first year, students study the basic scientific disciplines that underpin the study of food science and technology. These include biology, chemistry, mathematics, statistics and physics. Advanced seminars and General Education subjects are also undertaken.
