BSc (Major in Food Science and Nutrition)

Year 4 - Introduction to Research in Food Science/Nutrition

An optional, research-oriented Honours year may be taken, in which students undertake a project in any of the areas of specialisation within Food Science and Technology, including chemistry, microbiology, processing, engineering, nutrition, postharvest technology or sensory assessment. Cross-disciplinary projects are possible.
