Staff & Students
Food Science and Technology currently operates with 8 academic staff, 3 research,
4 technical and 2 administrative staff.
There are 29 postgraduate research (MSc and PhD) students, 47 postgraduate coursework
(GradDip and MSc coursework), and more than 200 students enrolled across all years in all
undergraduate programs.
