Classroom 2000 - AFTER resources

This site is the resource centre for students currently enrolled in courses ('UNSW-speak' for subjects) offered as part of the Australian Food Technology Education and Research (AFTER) Australian Masters in Food Technology by the Food Science and Technology unit at The University of New South Wales (FST@UNSW).

Two courses are offered by FST@UNSW:

Within each course area you'll find lecture notes, links to other resources and access to the Web-based discussion groups.
