Food Science and Technology - A Smorgasbord of Science
Food Science and Technology draws on the spectrum of biological and physical sciences, applies them to one of
the essentials of life - FOOD, and prepares students for a career in one of Australia's largest and most stable
industries. After all, everybody has to EAT!
From January 1, 2004, Food Science and Technology became a teaching and research group in the
School of Chemical Sciences and Engineering within the
Faculty of Engineering.
